There are no emtex* fonts since the cmtex* fonts are just the
cmtt* fonts with some glyphs removed and others added. When
reencoded to Windows ANSI or Macintosh standard roman encoding
they will basically look the same (with some mising glyphs in
each case).  So as not to lose any useful glyphs from the
collection, emtt* contains both the glyphs from cmtt* and cmtex*
