No ATM.INI in Windows NT 4.0

TTF:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts

key: FullName (TrueType)  value: string "filename.ttf"

Type 1:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\
	Type 1 Installer\Type 1 Fonts

key: Name	value: hex data

Name is FontName with `-' replaced with ` '

Hex Data is:

T null c:\psfonts\foo_____.pfm null c:\psfonts\foo_____.pfb null

But the registry data is basically useless because it does not
give the Windows Face Name  --- or the fonts Full Name --- rather
some meaningless derived name...
