On any folder being displayed, select `View > Options...'
Then click on the `File Types' tab.
Click `New Type'
Fill in the fields.
Description of type:		TeX Source File
Associated extensions:		tex 
Content Type (MIME):		x-application/tex
Click on `New' Action.		
	Type open
	Action  c:\yandy\pfe\pfe32.exe "%1"
